If the author had referred using links or search keyword phrases to the original sources of his information, then this would be clear.

Instead of linking to authoritative information for further reference, this author links to his own sales web site that does not show how to build the circuit yourself, but offers to sell you one of his own making—possibly using the older relay design from more than 15 years ago! I hope that this author did not design the circuit because he might be using a goofy relay that encorporates a secondary coil winding?

He knew that medical investigators could be the patients themselves to apply unapproved / experimental device treatments to themselves.

5. Bob Beck had a Doctor of Science in Physics from USC, and this is almost the same as a PhD. This is written as DSc., physics.
