LONGER LIFE-SPAN & LONGEVITY (How to get it)

(An Extremely Important subject for people aged over 85!) And for many who already are losing their health. 

This will be the change of subject direction for the next few days.In the past few blogs I have told of how to beat cancer by user of Alternative methods and use of B17. and Essiac, and there is one more which you can easily get.  

There is much more to tell about Alternative Cancer Treatment and of some latest breakthroughs,, how they are made, how they work, how you can treat yourself, and more. As a start to my present topoic, I will recall the article written in the Manila Standard News by a so-called health researcher named George True, but much of what he wrote was not true.; he wrote and said that nobody should take vitamin C or other vitamins, which, he said, were sold by “Health Quacks” such as Chiropractors, Massage people, and such ilk.” Then  he quoted Dr. Fishbein M.D. (he never practiced medicine) who had said (in 1929) that vitamins were a hoax and all you needed was “to eat a balanced diet,”   That was in the news clipping which was mailed to Dr. Abram Hoffer M.D. Phd in Canada for his comment, Dr. Hoffer said, “Where can you get a ‘balanced diet today? It is impossible. If you lived on a farm a hundred years ago and raised your own fruit and vegetables, and had your own farm animals and poultry, you may have had a balanced diet…but no more I hardly know where to start on this tremendous subject of Life Span and Longevity. There are however some basic facts alluded to above, which also determine your general health, your energy level, the ability of your immune system to heal yourself of injuries, broken bones, bruises and sprains, in addition to how fast you age, which in turn has a great bearing on how long you will live. I* am referring to the fact that some facts of diet are beyond our control, and we do not get what we need from our food train as a hundred years ago simply because the soils are  depleted, and the chemicals used for fertilizer are too limited to replace the mineralswhich are no longer in the soil..  A “balancd diet” is a lie. Even if you are eating healthy “balanced  foods and taking vitamins daily, your body is almost surely lacking vital nutrients, starving for missing nutrition.  You say you don’t believe it” Recent research indicates that most people have at least one hidden deficiency of a major mineral such as csalcium or magnesium. Deficiencies in your intake of food, water, and evenoxygen can be hard to spot. But over time, theyu can lead to degenerastive diseases, and then to death. Do you or your family have a dangerous mineral deficiency? Take this easy survey: Which of the following apply to you? 

Group 1)  achy joints, bone spurs, twitches, receding gums, insomnia, osteoporosis, cramps (in legs at night) irritability, headaches, your need may be calcium. Group 2)  irregular heartbeats, cold feet, constipation, heart disease, hyperactivity, Your deficiency may be Magnesium.

Group 3) Chronic tiredness, pale and anemic, muscular dystrophy, .recurrent yeast infections, heart problems, liver problems, strict vegetarian diet (No meat or eggs) muscle weakness, low resistance to infection, you probably need Selenium. Group 4) Chronic tiredness, dizziness upon standing or getting up, frequent urination, impotence, infertility, menstrual distress, hypoglycemia or diabetes, digestion deficiency, you probably need Chromium and/or Vanadium. 

Group 5) Premature graying of the hair, wrinkles, sagging skin, thin skin, family history of aneurysm, you need Copper. Which is most important? MINERALS before Vitamins. Lacking vitamins, your body will suffer, but without minerals, vitamins are worthless.They cannot be properly absorbed. You may think you are getting enough minerals in a “Balanced Diet”, but chances are if you are not supplementing your diet with absorbable minerals, you’re one of the 95% of people who are lacking several major minerals. About sixty-five years ago, the US Senate Document 264 lamented the lack of minerals nutrition in our food.

It’s worse now, I will explain why tomorrow, What can we do about it? If the minerals are not in our food, how do we get them? Do we buy them in a Health food store? The shocking answer is, probably not, there are too many, but I will tell you tomorrow what you must do to build up you’re your immune system, where and how to get all the many minerals your body needs, and how to extend your life.
