RAISING YOUR LIFE… TO 120 YEARS!
In yesterday’s blog, the title was:
a simple one, “lowering your biological LIFE TO 120 Years? -(which later I realized sounds contradictable.)
However, if you read that blog, by the second paragraph, my meaning becomes plain;.
“One of the most basic revealing measurements of your program’s success ia a simple one, lowering your biological age, as opposed to your birthday age.
Just half a century ago, a fifty year old man looked downright old, and a 35 year old looked like a middle-aged fifty year old of today. At my age of 85 I am old enough to remember. One of my uncles in 1935 was about 35 years old, and the tanned skin of his face was rough and lined with wrinkles; he had fingers twisted by arthritis, and he was fighting heart disease. He died suddenly at the age of 38 after playing a game of tennis, leaving my Aunt and a teen-age boy, my cousin Bill, who already had a by-pass operation.
What’s different now? –and what about the way we live our lives?
Maureen Kennedy Salaman nowe past 70 tears old, is well known for her well researched book named “All your Health Questions Answered Naturally” has 1,122 pages covering every diet and health and disease problem there is, plus an incredible 127 pages of References and is sold in most Health Food stores, This book was first published in 1998 and five more times since then It is the most complete book on Alternative health ever published. I aw Maureen Salaman on a Christian Television talk show earlier this year, and she looks like a beautiful bright-eyed woman of only thirty years!
If you are serious about improving your life and extending your healthfull years, you must head for the nearest Bookstore or Health food store an get this book! I gave a copy to my wife and have that copy on my lap as I write this blog. To add emphasis to what I am telling you here, I will copy what I wrote to my wife on the Dedication page;

Reading this book, will give you answers to any health question you can think of. If you don’t already have a copy, rush to get one! There was a farmer living in Pakistan whose life-story was in the news several years ago, as a record, not just because he lived longer than a hundred years, but because he married his third wife when he was 118 years old, and then fathered three children by her before he died! –a true story!
